Section 184
Company's Office
 (1) Every company should keep a signboard written in Nepali with the company's name and address outside its registered office so that everyone can see it.
(2) Every company shall register the address of its registered office within three months after the establishment of the company.
(4) After the registration of the company, the company shall provide the information of its contact address such as telephone, fax, email, etc. to the office and if such address changes, the changed address shall be provided to the office without delay.
(5) The office may sequentially prepare the list of registered office addresses of companies and addresses as per sub-section (4) and keep them open for public inspection.
